
Gabriele Haynes, Ph.D., M.Eval., B.S.
Dr. Haynes (she/her) is the owner and primary researcher for Haynes Evaluation. Dr. Haynes has worked with major NSF initiatives (e.g. S STEM, IUSE) since 2015, as well as other federal projects via the Department of Education, USDA and Department of Defense Education Activities (DoDEA). She has also worked with some privately funded programs such as the World Science Festival in NYC. Her areas of evaluation expertise include student success in STEM, college student graduation and retention, improved workforce development, professional and leadership development for faculty.
Dr. Haynes is a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and adheres to AEA professional and ethical principles. Dr. Haynes serves as a peer reviewer for several journals and has several publications in her field. Dr. Haynes received her PhD in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change from the University of the Virgin Islands and a Master's Degree in Program Evaluation from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bastyr Univeristy in Kenmore, Washington.
